Coupled with tender and flavorful chicken breasts, it suits my appetite very well as it's not as spicy as the usual Aglio Olio I've tried before.

Every slice of braised fried pork belly will be separated with a 1cm slice of yam. The pork belly tastes great as the Nam Yu gravy is very flavorful and the fat ratio of the three layer pork is just right.

What makes Cinnamon stand out from other cafes is that they have live-cooking stations that give an opportunity for the chefs to interact with the guests. Thanks to the hotel's new Executive Chef Israel Lazaroo, there are now more varieties of food to choose from! Expect your food to be prepared a-la-minute by the chef-in-attendance :) Now, feast your eyes and salivate!
