Tavern Kitchen & Bar is about unique and delicious food and beverages made from the best Sabah produce to give you exciting versions of classic dishes. We use Sabahan ingredients such as tuhau, buah tarap, bambangan and even salted fish in our Western and local dishes!

We also offer daily performances including live band featuring celebrity singer Esther Applunius, belly dancers, traditional Sumazau and Magunatip bamboo dance, Argentine tango, bartenders juggling bottles of fire and more. Our exciting menu is created by renowned chef and cookbook author, Nicholas Pillai. The interior design is by Ben Firdaus who was host of the second season of ID television show, Casa Impian.
