Char Siew is nicely marinated with flavor as well, it is not too sweet and using layer meat create a very moist yet flavorful char siew.

每一只鸭都是肥美滑嫩,鸭肉的皮下还有一层脂肪正是精华所在,个人觉得这里的琵琶鸭已经很高水准了,而且鸭肉比鸡肉来得有益因为鸭只都是释放当池边自行奔跑所以鸭肉会来得更扎实滑嫩
