The puffed savory souffle with airy and foamy egg and cheese topping arrived in a cast iron pot. Inside was a filling made up of fluffy aromatic Japanese garlic rice, prawns, scallops and squid. I personally like this rice dish.
There is quite limited selections for the mains in the menu, however savoury signature dishes do beat up quantity. The squid ink pasta and squid ink rice is actually quite disgusting me at the first place, as I could not imagine chewing this black black in my mouth.
So, I have ordered soupy pasta - Lobster Bisque Pasta and my partner ordered the "Riz Noir" Squid Ink Rice.
