The puffed savory souffle with airy and foamy egg and cheese topping arrived in a cast iron pot. Inside was a filling made up of fluffy aromatic Japanese garlic rice, prawns, scallops and squid. I personally like this rice dish.

Finally we try the Black Squid Ink Pasta after so many visit, normally we will order the signature Miam Miam Spaghetti as it was too good.

个人认为Miam Miam这次新Menu来得更多样化，尤其在甜品方面叫人无从入手
整体方面选择性更多但价钱稍微偏高了些，只是在甜品尤其Softee和Souffle实在太好吃了
而且似乎在槟城找不到其他餐厅提供Softee和Souffle了，所以想到Souffle，Miam Miam依然是首选

There is quite limited selections for the mains in the menu, however savoury signature dishes do beat up quantity. The squid ink pasta and squid ink rice is actually quite disgusting me at the first place, as I could not imagine chewing this black black in my mouth.
So, I have ordered soupy pasta - Lobster Bisque Pasta and my partner ordered the "Riz Noir" Squid Ink Rice.
