It was really French French, as in the owner was a Fenchman who is a very experienced pastry chef who now calls Malaysia home.

I feel that the Langkawi folks are lucky to have such a lovely bakery that produces high quality baked products right at their doorstep. And even though the prices are not cheap, you do feel that you are getting what you paid for – delicious European standard pastries.
