Es.sense Kitchen restaurant is an open buffet restaurant that featuring large picture windows and show kitchen which serves daily buffet breakfast and ala carte. The restaurant offers an al fresco dining area where allows you to gaze out the sweeping views of the Straits of Melaka while indulging in your favourites. Besides, ala carte is serving on operation hours. Essense Kitchen does serve local and western cuisine which the guest can choose their preferences. There are a few mouthwatering local delights such as Nyonya Laksa, Nasi Goreng Kampung, Hainanese Chicken Rice, etc. Perhaps you can try out Beef Hamburger, Norwegian Salmon Steak, Rib Eye Steak, etc. The restaurant seats 250 persons comfortably, is a perfect place for gathering.
