Interestingly decorated place, sort of like a kampung house with lots of woven textiles ... The food was rather good too!

Superb

Authentic malay variety, somewhat higher than average malay food Average of RM30-50 for 2 pax dinner set I love their Warisan Cendol, Nasi Goreng Kampung, Pulut Ikan Masin, bubur kacang Those are the old school food i miss :) Their setup also includes some kampung style 'pondok' and wooden decor Service wise, about 15 minutes wait for food if restaurant is half filled. Not too bad

Noble House Seafood Restaurant

Superb

Environment - Air conditioned, can sit about 100 pax, dinner times are crowded on weekends. Order time is about 10 min when empty and 1 hour when crowded Most of their food are good, i come here few times yearly, as its a bit far away from my house, otherwise i would come frequently Their specialty noodle - shu fan kan (yam/tapioca) noodles (picture above by lotsofcravings) You wont find many places that serves this and even if they do, the quality is so-so Here the noodles are stir fried on high heat and are cooked just right, chewy, a little greasy (otherwise it sticks) Overall here the food is only 'slightly' salty but it goes great with rice. If you're ordering noodles with dishes then you 'may' just feel it Their steam fish are also cooked very well and are fresh (swimming from the tank) They have maintained their food quality well over the past 10 years i have been patroning this place. :) Location may be a bit off for those not familiar

The service there was superb and the Roti Canai was one of the best I have taken so far, crispy and flaky than most of the restaurants I have tried before. Their curry gravy was thick and pungent.

Exceptional

The best Roti Canai i've tasted since a looooong time. They have literally 1/2 dozen roti makers at the counters just spading out these roti and they are gone within a minute. Irregardless whether anyone orders them or not. You can see see more chinese patrons than indian patrons... lol..... I always order a minimum of 2 roti canai (kosong is really good) and one nasi lemak and ayam goreng with teh ais.....I'll be happy like a hibernating bear The roti kosong smells authentice, not those greasy stuff u get elsewhere, crispy, well cooked, layers are well done (not lumped) and dhal... WAHH.... drooling rite now.... SERIOUSLY THE BEST ROTI CANAI - MUST TRY

Fresh, good food, and great value in a nice chinese restaurant atmosphere.

Exceptional

Came here for dim sum lunch with family The dim sum variety was minimal (not sure if it was because it was lunch time) on weekend The siew mai was only so-so, char siu pao was so-so, other dim sum variety we tried also taste normal Total 3 pax, RM80++! for about 7-8 dim sum variety I would recommend other places for better dim sum.

Other than the famous butter mantis prawn and steamed lala with superior stock, Boston Baru is famous for their nestum mantis prawn and hokkien noodles as well.

Exceptional

Steam Lala is a definite must, as they steam it just nice. Not overcooked My other one favorite here is ku lou yuk (sweet n sour pork) The price are also reaonable I.e. Steam lala, hokkien mee, mee hoon tah for 3 pax is about RM35 However i always cringe about the waiting time. We arrive at 7pm and ordered almost immediately and will get the food about 8pm (average waiting time) There was once we actually waited 1 hour 30 min, because they forgot. We wanted to take off, we were soooo hungry we just had to wait another 20 min.. sigh....

Klang is the popular destination among diners in the Klang Valley when they fancy having Bak Kut Teh. Among these popular Bak Kut Teh restaurants is one located under the Klang bridge. One of the pioneer in selling bak kut teh in Malaysia.

Exceptional

The soup taste good (this coming from someone who stays in Klang :) ) However the owner is a bit stingy with the soup. Called couple of times for soup top up, they either ignore or just acknowledge but never come back with the soup. We had to bring the bowl to the counter, wait then ask us to sit and they will bring. End up they bring half the small bowl!!!! Good, but i won't come back again for this service. Weekend mornings are quite packed, they are open for lunch as well and less crowded. But of course the 'parts' that you want may not be available anymore by 12 pm :)
