Foodie Review
Restoran Yu Ai
The soup was tasty. Had enough coconut milk in it to give it a real oomph and best of all, very little MSG. I drank my bowl dry and didn't suffer for it. So that is very good.

Meaty House
The place had simple decor so one would think that the owners are more concerned about the quality of their food than the appearance of their premises. That's good thinking.

Restoran Sri Paandi
Sri Paandi is open in the afternoons and if you don't like rice, you can have it with capati as well. However there's something I need to warn you about, after having lunch there you will leave with not just a hearty meal but a somewhat strong lingering curry fragrance on your clothes as well.

Restaurant Bukit Jugra (丐帮名菜叫化餐厅)
Eating here is a pre-arranged affair. The Bukit Jugra Beggar's Chicken Restaurant absolutely does not entertain walk-ins. You have to order your dishes at least 24 hours in advance, in fact it's better if you give them more time

Restoran Kheng Kee
So if you want some excellent Pan Mee, head for Restoran Kheng Kee which serves the Pan Mee in the morning till afternoons. But if you are there at night, try the Char Kuey Teow there - which I think is among the best in PJ.

Restoran Pom Pom
Restoran Pom Pom you would think there would be a lot of fanfare but this is really a no nonsense chinese hawker store. It used to be called Sin Sing Kee but now it's Pom Pom and there's great fun in some of the hawker stalls here.
