Kopi Cine
A fun, simple café with an all day & night menu. The concept is to blend the old style Penang coffees with the latest Italian styles. As for the food, it's mostly international (tapas, salads...), with a bit of a Malaysian twist for some dishes. Desserts are definitely worth a try, especially the ones with gula melaka icecream. Asian movies are shown in the evening in a room at the back of the restaurant. There's also a reading room, with loads of documentation about olden times' Penang.
