Restoran Famous Seremban Favourites
An outlet that supposedly serves the “World Famous Cuttlefish Vermicelli!” and has been highly recommended for its Chargrilled pork strips (Char Siew). The humble little place has a wide variety of food and good services, but the killer is still the char siu. Food is served without much of waiting despite the crazy lunch hour crowd.

Restoran Bah Kut Teh Shun Heng
The bak kut teh main shop is located in Taman Sentosa Klang. This is their branch in PJ. The soup carries a strong herbal flavor and it taste just nice. It is not too think nor too diluted. The dry version smells very nice upon served. All the dishes here are served in clay pot to preserve the heat.

This is definitely the authentic branch of Ipoh Lou Wong bean sprout chicken. The bean sprout are as good as the original but the chicken is not as soft.

Restoran Soon Fatt Bak Kut Teh 顺发肉骨茶
The taste is a very light in herbs. Maybe I prefer stronger herbal type so I don’t like this much. In Johor style bak kut teh, they add too many types of fancy stuffs into the dish which makes it out from the original taste.

shop inside Simon’s Delight, opposite Sea View Coffee Shop in Paramount Garden bought by Ciki & alilfatmonkey for Potluck at Nigel’s is very good, though some find it a bit too soft.
