福建面汤（大虾+水煮蛋）
大虾只还是新鲜从高渊捕捉并带入槟岛，然后把大虾酥炸一番后再使用特制辣椒翻炒
其大虾翻炒后把辣椒酱的咸香都渗透到虾肉去，味道堪称一流
最重要是每一碗的福建面都是一碗一碗煮的，而不是如一般的淋汤汁到碗里而已
所以呈上桌时绝对是冒烟的并热乎乎的
