Sambara began from the founder’s idea who got the persception that culinary is an art that could gave the statisfication to everyone. Sundanese cuisine is the choice to be packed in the presentation were very attentive to the values of ethnic culture but to be enjoyed by modern society.
Sajian Sambara wants to introduce art and culture as a whole through the Sundanese cuisine, style, ethics and behavior in serving the customers.
