Saigon House Cuisine is a new kid on the block, setting foot in one of the shop houses at Bahari Parade, Sri Bahari Road. Like most Vietnamese restaurant, Saigon House Cuisine has a bible-thick menu which features most of the classic and traditional Vietnamese eats. The atmosphere is comfortable for a casual meal or family dinner, with acceptable prices. Except the parking, Saigon House Cuisine can be a decent choice when it comes to Vietnamese food in Penang.
