The attraction is not the food, but the restaurant itself. It’s very beautiful, furnished with classical designs and accessories with a whitish theme. You can find spin-dial phones, cool clocks, lots of photo frames, a bathtub, bird’s cages and even a Mini Cooper parked at the entrance! Besides eating, you can actually buy some of the stuffs displayed in the restaurant like clothes and accessories.

I just went to the KL branch in Jalan YKS. It was the worst dining experience I have every had in my life.
1. I go there and they sit us in a small square table when we have 7 pax.
2. When we asked them to bring us another table, they totally ignored us and told us to wait. (20 mins)
3. When the food came, the orders were wrong.
4. When my drink came, there was a bug in the straw.
5. My orders took 1 hour to arrive, my friends had already finished eating their food… AND desert!
6. The bill that came was wrong again.
7. it took the cashier another 20 mins to change it, even that was because I had to stand right uin front of him before he was willing to solve my bill.
8. He didn’t even bother to apologize or even give me back the correct change!!

Can’t comment about the food because we never got it. So this comment is about their service or rather, the lack of it. They “lost” our order through a computer error but did not inform us until we complained that the other customers (sitting at the only other occupied table and came later than us) received their food first. We finally gave up and just paid for our drinks. The worse thing was the chef and supervisor just glared at us and never offered one word of apology! Unbelievable.

their deco kinda comfy. feel like home. ermmm for me, the food is really tasty. especially their mashed potato with fillet that come with marvelous gravy. yummy!! don’t forget to try their lime bubble jelly. it melt in your mouth. agree with rg59, they lack of customer service. others just nice.

i went to this restaurant to celebrate my birthday party.
euwww…i saw something very disgusting at the kitchen area. the chef and the staffs there are not friendly and make my birthday party become the worst day ever. to our surprise… we got the wrong orders….and they never apologized for their own mistakes.

its a great place to hang out where the interior design is totally cool and meet my girlfriends but seriously for taking pictures only.. but not for a date. the only thing that i can drink is the lemonade.. the food sucks just like the owner of fullhose..like u said babygirl the chinese boss was totally fugly that u could throw up when u eat the food.. the food was not worth to order..
im not taking it personal with the boss but yeah the boss sucks because he didnt take my complain. he just ignored. what a sucker! trust me u dont wanna go there just to eat!!!
