I find this is a very creative way in serving everything in a rectangular tray. It's like everything is just in a tray! Deep fried fish, clams, tiger prawns, squid, tofu, mushrooms and vegetables. These have definitely enhanced the broth to a whole new level. Spicy but addictive.

這道 “ 招牌烤三鲜 ” 的味道很特別，老闆用鹹菜，番茄，豆芽，乾辣椒，青辣椒，白蘿蔔，鮑魚菇等食材熬煮湯頭，再加入新鮮的海鮮，包括花枝，明蝦和啦啦，一起蒸煮。海鮮的鮮味流入湯頭裡，喝起來像是有海鮮味的鹹菜湯，但是卻有麻辣的感覺。
