I find this is a very creative way in serving everything in a rectangular tray. It's like everything is just in a tray! Deep fried fish, clams, tiger prawns, squid, tofu, mushrooms and vegetables. These have definitely enhanced the broth to a whole new level. Spicy but addictive.

這道 “ 招牌烤三鲜 ” 的味道很特別,老闆用鹹菜,番茄,豆芽,乾辣椒,青辣椒,白蘿蔔,鮑魚菇等食材熬煮湯頭,再加入新鮮的海鮮,包括花枝,明蝦和啦啦,一起蒸煮。海鮮的鮮味流入湯頭裡,喝起來像是有海鮮味的鹹菜湯,但是卻有麻辣的感覺。
