I ate there more than a year ago, as I was curious why the place is always crowded. I tried the famous Xiao Long Bau, but the soup leak and the thing was broken. The Shang Hai Nian Kau is quite OK.

Basically I think the food is just average, and the price fail to justify for it. The environment looks pretty cool, too bad it’s crowded and noisy. They have extra big table for big families though, and a few type of seating to cater for small groups as well.

On sunday 11.30am morning, we (5pax) go for lunch at Dragon-i New Wing One-Utama, after ordering the food and wait abt 10min, they start serve the Xiao Long Pau, fried rice and chicken in sze chuan style, then have to wait about 30minit, still not serve us the lamen. Press few time of call no respond at all, the staff stand there for nothing, 5minit later only manage get 1 staff to check for us the lamen, wait about 15minit only serve 2 bowl lamen, serve another 1 bowl lamen tak about 15minit again, but keep seeing they serve other table lamen which is late coming in then us, wait about 15minit again, ask them cancel for the last bowl of lamen which is already wait for 1 hour++ and does not have any appetite to having lamen, then they only quickly serve the lamen to me which is already cancel and less than 5 minit. No apologise from them about serving late food. What is this call servicing line and the attitude to serve customer???????? We have to paid for the service charge 10%......where is the service of the Dragon-i…....Hope they can change for it.
