Overall, Chun Ciou Hot Pot is worth checking out if your focus is more on concept exploration, service and ambiance. It’s probably the classiest steamboat restaurant in KL after Yezi.

首推店家招牌酱料-【黄金蛋黄酱汁】
混合芝麻酱 、蛋黄 和七味粉，再撒上 葱花 ，搅拌均匀后就是特色招牌酱料啦。我在调料区调配时恰巧遇上一位来自台湾的食客，他特别教路说要添加黑醋，不止可以提鲜也可解腻，是台湾人的口味。据说黄金蛋黄酱汁能让肉类变得更滑嫩多汁，也降低刚唰熟肉类的温度。
