The Chicken Quiche I had was a passable affair; being more of a light snack than a meal on its own; studded with broccoli, tomatoes and button mushrooms. The Frangipane (blueberry and coconut/pineapple were available today) fared much better; with a lovingly-buttery crust and the right proportion for tea time.
