No.1 Canteen,

Cuisines Chinese

Barley with nuts

Zhao Cai Hun Ngan, This is the best local delicacies by the FooChow. Please do not ask me what does the dish means because it is in foochow language and I have zero knowledge about this dialect. The main reason it is delicious is because of the soup itself. Thick and tasty with rich of meat taste in it.
