Fong Garden appears to be just an ordinary hawker centre in the neighborhood but what hidden inside the place is extraordinary. Firstly, there's this Chu Char corner- New Anson Park Seafood (not to be featured in this blog post) moved from Anson Park which dishes out lip-smacking dishes and we particularly recommend their Curry Fish Head but if Chu Char is not on your list, watch out for this humble stall selling Thai delicacies.
