Restoran K.T.L
Gerai No 3A, Jalan Manis, Taman Segar, 56100 Cheras , RM20++ for 2 person (average)
Famous for their “Fei Chou Jiong Jeng Yee” which pretty much translates to “Steamed Talapia Fish with Black Bean Sauce”. Word of advice though, I believe the only fish you’d get by 8:00pm are fish bones!!
Pas De Nom posted chillout-soulout-freakout.blogspot.com 471 ReviewsExceptionalThis restaurant is called Restoran K.T.L. One thing special and unique about this restaurant is all their food is steamed. No fried, grilled or any other cooking style. Since it is only steamed, their food serving speed is quite slow. However, all the steamed food is always very healthy.

Forget their past if they have improved so I hope their regular customers will come back again! All the best, Venezia.
