Terminal Sate Zul
Satay, Ketupat, Satay, chicken satay, Terminal Satay Zul @ Jalan Alor Akar, Nasi Impit, Mutton (Kambing) Satay, Venison (Rusa) Satay, Satay Zul, Satay Zul Take Away Counter, Ketupat Rice & Cucumber, ...
This place is by far the ONE satay restaurant that never failed to satisfy me. The barbecued meat are juicy, generous, & very flavourful.
d_luaz postedExceptionalA very good satay place. The nasi impit, chicken and lamb satay is superb.
Restoran Amandari
The Rice, stir fried squid curry, Deep fried fish, Fried prawns, Stir fried squid in curry paste, Otak-Otak, Nasi Tomato, Kacang Botol Sambal, Nasi Lemak, 67, Jalan Kelawei, 10350 Penang.
The place is an old bungalow house, renovated with some wooden structure and staircase that remind me of nice, beautiful old Penang bungalows. The deco is soft, with light-coloured fabric blinds against the glass windows and white walls. Waitresses dress up in a songket Malay shirt and long skirts. You are greeted from the moment you walk in, till you leave the place.
Songket Restaurant and Bar
... Delicious, Flower Crab, Sweetcorn Crème Brulee, Otak Otak, Rojak Buah ...
Well hidden in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, it was previously resided by Euro Deli Grill. Songket has redecorated them in the style of Rumah Melayu; serving Authentic Malay cuisines, and having live cultural performance.

I ordered it without hesitating after knowing the expensive price tag. Outcome is as you can see. It is more like an ice carved in Tiramisu shape. It is so hard for even using a fork to dig. Taste like durian? Yes. Made of durian? No. Artificial taste of durian. Some coloring is definitely there. This is my worst ever Tiramisu I have ever experienced.
