The taste is a very light in herbs. Maybe I prefer stronger herbal type so I don’t like this much. In Johor style bak kut teh, they add too many types of fancy stuffs into the dish which makes it out from the original taste.

The roast pork Char Siew is supposed to be the signature dish, One thing for sure the skin is popping crispy.

Seafood Roll is another specialty found here, but I find it to be oily & slightly over fried. Not my kind of cake.

Over all, the fish head noodles is good, the soup really tastes nice, as it is fragrant enough, the tomatoes and salted vege add sour-ness to the soup.

Shang Yi Fatt Kopitiam
The springy noodle accompany with sweet BBQ Char Siu and crispy skin Siu Yok is perfect match. The soy sauce is special too, not overly salty but a bit oily.
