The springy noodle accompany with sweet BBQ Char Siu and crispy skin Siu Yok is perfect match. The soy sauce is special too, not overly salty but a bit oily.

It's a OK-good bowl of curry mee, with nice siu yok too, it's just that it's not spicy enough for me. If it has the Penang Curry Mee-type of chili paste then it will be awesome.
