Absolute Viet
relishbyrae posted relishbyrae.blogspot.com 14 ReviewsSuperbAbsolute Viet is another great place to fix your craving for Vietnamese food and the best thing about this Vietnamese restaurant is you pay a little for a pleasant atmosphere and good food. Isn’t that great? They have a very simple and comfortable setting for non-smoker in the restaurant, while the smokers get to enjoy their meal and the famous Vietnamese coffee overlooking the water feature in front of the restaurant. A big surprise I found in Absolute Viet when I see they serve tomato noodle soup! Frankly, that is the main reason we give it a try the first time we walked into this restaurant. That reminds me of my Vietnamese friend making me an authentic Vietnamese noodles with plenty of crab meat in tomato soup while I was visiting her in the United States, and it is very difficult to find a Vietnamese restaurant serving this since I return. At the price of only RM 9.90, I find it has similar taste of what I called the original, it is a little sour and mild in spiciness. I’m sure the taste would be further enhanced if they could replace the chicken with seafood (and that for sure will change the price as well); still it’s a very good and appetizing noodle soup, also my all-time favourite. It is always satisfying dining at Absolute Viet for the mouth-watering side dishes and scrumptious main course at very affordable price. A simple meal with 2 healthy main course and drinks would probably be around RM 30 or less, I call that an affordable damage especially when we are offered such comfortable, air-conditioned setting with music and pleasant service. This was the third visit to Absolute Viet and I know I am happy to be their regular customer.
Chilla Cup
relishbyrae posted relishbyrae.blogspot.com 14 ReviewsSuperbThey serve good selection of food like the freshly baked signatures pretzels, thick toasts and tortilla, pasta, western and Asian delights, soup and salads, sandwiches and burgers. They also serve coffee, tea and juice. The food costs from RM 5 to RM 20. Al-fungi tortilla, Hawaiian tortilla and Nasi Goreng Kampung with Honey Paprika Chicken were the main course we ordered. At the price of RM 9.90, the nasi goreng kampong set comes with a piece of honey paprika chicken and a drink, The nasi goreng is tasty! The Al-fungi tortilla set and the ala-carte Hawaiian tortilla was about RM 13 – RM 15. Feeling expensive? Not at all! After trying the first bite, it was totally value for money! The tortilla was cheesy, crispy and full of toppings. Don't forget to always seal your meal with a nice cup of coffee. They do brew good coffee, so don’t forget to try it out when you are there. Love coffee, love hot food, love Chilla Cup!
The Journey
cindy tong posted www.cindysplanet.com 85 ReviewsWe concluded our course with the serving of gelatos and going easy for some feedback. Some interesting feedbacks were given and there is definite room for growth towards improvement which would be a great thing.
Ramai Food Centre 大马(福建面)
d_luaz postedGoodI never quite like this place as there are plenty to choose but nothing quite worthy, except the duck noodle (which my parents love) and nasi lemak stall (guilty fried chicken/quail).
Bondi Junction

YM Hawker, 2+1 Restaurant
YM Hawker is own by a pair of sister who came from Penang. Their signature foods are prawn mee , penang lam mee, mee siam and penang style economy noodles (with tekaki 'in hokkien').
zjye posted my.openrice.comExceptionalIf you missing penang prawn mee or penang lam mee, this is the hawker that can full fill your needs. Their prawn mee is full with prawn flavor and penang lam mee is sweet, served with belacan chili saurce which takes the dish to another levels. Well, you should try it, then you know, highly recommended! :)
Everyday Food Court
The noodle itself is smooth and springy and the seasoning is very fragrant and appetizing, somewhat similar to those used to prepare Hakka Mee.
