Ah Bao's 'Oh Chien'
Jonker Street came to life during night time especially during weekends, it will always be jam packed. 'Oh Chien' aka Fried Oyster has always been my all time favourite sinful snack :P The tasty smell of the Oyster Omelette being fried will always smack right up to your nose, you can never miss it! Ah Bao's 'Oh Chien' Stall is our first stop for the night.
jian posted lovepoppyeat.blogspot.com 38 ReviewsBadWell, a pretty generous portion for rm7, you can never get that in KL man ! However, the taste is just so-so. I personally prefer my Oh Chien to be crispy at its sides and with the right starchy texture. But this one in particular is too starchy and sticky. The Oyster served was also real mini, you can hardly see it from the picture above ! :(

Jonker Street Food Stall
Fried Yam Abacus aka Fried Yam Coin is a must have when you visit Jonker Street, Malacca. It's really a perfect street food. The joy of picking up the sizzling hot, bite size yam coins into you mouth is just spot on !
jian posted lovepoppyeat.blogspot.com 38 ReviewsExceptionalThe strarchy texture of the yam coins fried together with the black fungus brings a chewy bite to it. The combination of sweetness from the minced meat and the dried shrimps together with the garlic fragrant makes a perfect sauce ! It's finger licking GOOD !
