It is almost a mission impossible as the serving speed needs to be extremely fast for the restaurant but Western Spices did it perfectly. I've managed to get my lunch done within a short period of time, though the parking was inevitably inconvenient in the vicinity.

We serve good coffee and food ( burger & spaghetti )

Overall, the noodles was quite tasty, but slightly on the salty to my liking. But maybe I am not really a fan of 'salty items'.. hehehe...
