Overall: 3/5 - The taste formed by coagulation of milk is very strong until you thought they mixed some alcohol in it. The taste is very delightful and I have never taste a cheese that is so original like this. I wish there are some other things for me to dip in it apart of the bread. Quite bored after a while when keep having the same bread to dip in all the time. Nonetheless, this is a must order dish if you are coming here at Edelweiss Cafe.

Amelie Cafe, a little hidden cafe at Lebuh Armenian. It's an enchanting dine in place. The little cafe was well-decorated with fine, cute living stuffs. It located in the heart of Georgetown, Penang which is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site just next to the Cheah Kongsi. It is so simple that many had miss out the little shop as well.
