Penang Flavour which is located in the basement of 1-U New Wing served a lot of Penang food.

Today I was having my lunch at Penang Flavours located at One Utama Shopping Center. Did pass by there few times, always crowd in build. During this Ramadan, decided to go there enjoying Penang Cuisine. This time, intended to order those are not chef recommended. We ordered kuey teow sou...p, popiah, yam cake and 2 hot soya bean.
