Holland Chicken
While the place is closed up, they tried to save money by not having switching on the air con. That's really not good.
Prawn Mee Stall
The stall has been there for 30 years and the sellers are in to the second generation and I think I see the third generation helping out now as well. This is street food at its best.
Restoran Claypot n Pan
The rice was very nicely cooked as each grain rice was well separated and not sticky. Oh yes, they only have one variety of claypit chicken rice but they do it quite well, so it's well worth a visit.
Malaya Kopitiam
The Hainanese toast was crispy and toasted to perfection. I think they could have been more generous with the kaya and butter but then it still tasted good. The eggs were half boiled - not a quarter or three quarters but perfecty half boiled.
Shall We Meet Restaurant
The decor of the restaurant is plain and simple. Almost everything is in black and white: tables, chairs, walls, and the waiters’ uniform.
Nasi Lemak Panas
The rice was not too bad. The fragrance was there but there wasn't any pandan leaves inside the rice to give that extra bit of aroma.
Nasi Kandar Penang
The food here is still good but what made this place stand out was the excellent service that we received. If you are ever in need for an Indian meal and are in PJ New Town, this is the place to go. And it's open for 24 hours
Restoran Kheng Kee
So if you want some excellent Pan Mee, head for Restoran Kheng Kee which serves the Pan Mee in the morning till afternoons. But if you are there at night, try the Char Kuey Teow there - which I think is among the best in PJ.
Meaty House
The place had simple decor so one would think that the owners are more concerned about the quality of their food than the appearance of their premises. That's good thinking.
