The outside implies a lot of historic connotation and claims to make them the traditional way, and seems appealing being in a historic city. Located in the heart of the historic part of town, the concept seems intriguing. Decor in the shop looks very 50s with 50s music. To my surprised it wasn't that bad. I didn't have high hope on it as the place wasn't famous for any of their noodle. But surprisingly it's quite good and they even added extra minced pork for me without any extra payment.
