Buddy Vegetarian Restaurant
Price wise, it was really a steal. However, I found the food just too salty overall.

While the place is closed up, they tried to save money by not having switching on the air con. That's really not good.
Restoran Kheng Kee
So if you want some excellent Pan Mee, head for Restoran Kheng Kee which serves the Pan Mee in the morning till afternoons. But if you are there at night, try the Char Kuey Teow there - which I think is among the best in PJ.
