From the first Upperstar Grill & Bar situated in Segama (opposite Hyatt Hotel), to the second branch in Damai, and now the third branch in Lintas Plaza, the amount of patrons are still very much overwhelming.
I went to Upperstar Lintas last nite and my compliment to the chef as the food was fantastic but u need to look into ur waiter as when returning my cash balance, they slip the RM10 notes under the receipt which is not visible to me. when I ask him why only 80 cents then he told me it is under the receipt. Commen sense, u should place the notes on top of the reciept, not under. Wat's the motive? Are they trying to take advantage from unwary customer? Pls look into tis. tq

yeah during my visit to east malaysia i pretty interesting about this place.. nice to chill.
but the most dis-pointed about the service..
it not even last call and im still gonna make my order but the service staff just issuing me the bill?? im freak out.. it just like chasing me out?! so i come to the manager.. for explanation? but cant even answer me nothing.. till make me disappointed.

im sitting alone almost half hour over here but there's no waiter or waitress take my order. Like bullshit really bullshit nobody taking order…
How come grilled salmon is 1 piece only. It use to be 2 pieces. When I inquired about it the waiter said "memang begitu". Jonathan Lau, you better make sure your staff don't cheat customers or all of them will run away
I'm fairly dissapointed with the Upperstar Suria Sabah outlet staff . They're so slow in respond to customer orders . To work in a busy environment should have them trained well enough . Even though if your food is nice and pricely reasonable sooner or later with your floor staffs to behave like this no one will like to go there anymore .
