虽然咖啡是有点儿瑕疵，但我听说烘培师其实曾经有过烘培的经验，只是需要给予一些时间来调整，这一点我可以理解。不过，他们的主菜如此叫人满意，我当然还会再去，因为他的鸭胸肉的确让我留下美好的印象。加油吧！

烟熏鸭胸的分量比我想象中大，用红酒煮的鸭胸肉很嫩，味道很香浓，虽然有些油腻，但是吃起来味道有种BBQ味，肉质多汁、厚实又有嚼劲，配有苦叶生菜 (Rocket Leaves)、紫甘蓝 (Purple Cabbage)樱桃番茄 (Cherry Tomatoes)、葡萄干 (Raisins)、干红莓 (Dried Raspberries)还有葡萄酱为汁。我与友人都觉得物有所值！

The name is Macallum Connoisseurs, not only a cafe but a coffee academy as well. The exposed light bulbs, high-ceilinged container-like Cafe has shades of gray; exuding an industrial vibe. Brunch menu and desserts are available but Mains will be added to the menu very soon.
