I know this place. Use to go there very often. The fat guy (maybe the manager) not as friendly as the other guys who managed the place. The other Chinese guy always have cigarette in hand. Maybe better go to the downstair shop Gasoline and the Bread and Olive better food and look more stylish.

Look Out Point Western Food
1. Service Bad – They only give good services to the tourist only.
2. Food Bad – The food are totally different with the photo that they appear on the menu.
3. System Bad – They didn't change the good viewing place for me when already have empty space. ( i already inform them before i ordering my food ) They giving the place to others never inform us first.
4. System Bad – They never inform me the order of snack are already out of stock. When i finish my drink and to be bill already, then she come and told me that was happen.
5. Location Bad – They didn't separate the non smoking area and smoking area.
6. Area Bad – When i was eating suddenly have an insect drop on my hand. So terrible…...
7. The View is quite Good in this restaurant but nothing related to their services…...
8. My rating is ( -5 )

Had dinner over the weekend with my family of eight. Gasoline the first restaurant of the 4 other restaurants offered poor quality food.
The western set of steak with cheesy sauce was the worst. The beef was most likely the Indian beef or local beef. It was tough and the taste was terrible. The worst steak I've even had. Even the cheap looking French fries portioning was very little with coleslaw. Cost me RM 26.50 for that, with a lousy from the can mushroom soup and a drink.
We had oatmeal friend rice, yong chow fried rice, kway teow goreng, french toast, rendang chicken set and cantonese fried noodles, Which was OK.
Environment there was okay but they set the tables and chairs too close to each other. The fat guy over at the next table gave us a tough time when my kid and the maid wanted to move in and out.
Total bill came to about RM 98.00. Thank god! we got 15% discount my Standard Chartered credit card. Overall: 5.5/10

I would say the food was really bad. Shit being an understatement. Pricey compared to the 'quality' of the food, if I could even use that word.
But worst of all would be the jockey service. I requested the jockey service if I could park in a designated parking space (not blocking any other cars), pay them the jockey fee but allow me to keep my car keys with me as I wouldn't want any mishaps to happen because I felt it was dodgy. When I requested that, I was rudely replied by a group of the jockey service members. They did not give me any valid reason and kept shrugging me off and even told me that if I didn't like it here that I could leave.
What a thing to tell your potential customers! I was angered and demanded to talk/meet the manager. The jocky service guy told me that if I wanted to talk, I should talk to him. I told him that I would like to talk to the manager instead and he replied "WHY SHOULD I CALL THE MANAGEMENT?" he rolled his eyes, shrugged his shoulders and walked off during our conversation. HOW RUDE and as we were arguing, another one of the jockey members was complaining loudly and said "MAAKKK AIHHH LAH CUSTOMER NIH!" (indicating that we were troublesome customers)
I would strongly suggest to NOT go to Look Out Point. As the food, price, service and location really sucked.

the worst restaurant i have ever been to in my entire life!! 25 mins for drinks to arrive, more than 1 hour for first appetizer to arrive, 1 hour 15 mins for mushroom soup to arrive, finally steak arrived and it tasted like rubber, so we we decided to put it in a plastic bag for our dogs to eat and canceled whatever orders we had left, bill was wrong as well. no words can describe how rubbish this place is. From management to the cook, complete rubbish!
Only good thing about the place is the view! nothing else

I am an ausi visiting your beautiful country. Having heard so much of Lookout Point from my friends here in Malaysia, I decided to visit it last Saturday. Dined at the Lookout Point Western. Very nice good (ausi stake – great!), and great drinks. So many different drinks…wow… You also have the best view in town.

We celebrated my friend's birthday at Lookout Point Western Food restaurent last weekend. Great food and drinks, and suprisingly at a very reasonable price. What wonderful view of Kuala Lumpur. Thank you for making the evening special – we loved the birthday song you played for my friend. Look forward to visiting the restaurent again very soon.

The attraction is not the food, but the restaurant itself. It’s very beautiful, furnished with classical designs and accessories with a whitish theme. You can..
Japanese buffet at its most extravagant, with the freshest of seafood, tempura, sashimi and even cooked-on-demand fare brought straight to your table. At a reasonable..
@ Happy Mansion, Section 17 (Jalan 17), Petaling Jaya, Selangor
it’s somewhat cozy yet stylish restaurant. The menu is gorgeous, with very deliciously shot images of their dishes.I guess Tapas must be one of their speciality..
