If you ask me a nice place to chillout around Ampang and Cheras area, one of the best I think is Quan Ice Cream & Coffee House. This place so big by occupying two stories and two units of shop lot. The ambiance is cozy and their lighting setup is designed pretty well not so dark until you can't even know what food you are eating and not so bright until you feel you lost your own privacy.
