With Old Member Card Holder
**Start renewal on 1st April 2014

1. Bring the old member card and go to the nearest outlet to exchange the new member card. The new member card with 2000 points inside which worth RM20 AND NO extra charges incurred. Just need to fill in the application form only.

2. If your old member card is lost, kindly give your Name, I/C number, email address & contact number to the outlet person in charge/ manager OR inbox us, and please allow us to check with HQ whether your personal details are in the HQ data. If HQ data have your personal details, we will update and inform you when and which outlet to collect the new member card as well by email.

3. If your old member card is lost and your personal details is not in HQ data, then you need to apply a new member card. By how* See the info below.
