Masterminded by Paul Gardin, Executive Pastry Chef and Chef Woo, Chynna’s Dim Sum Masterchef, The Lounge at Hilton Kuala Lumpur showcases its debut mooncake-themed weekend high-tea.
Stylishly served in an exotic steel bird cage, it comes with delectable selections of Chef Paul’s Homemade Durian Cream Scones, most sought-after mooncakes from Chynna, along with healthy savoury rolls such as Prawn Mango Vietnam Roll with Sweet Peanut Sauce, Oriental Vegetable Spring Roll and Steamed Chicken Pineapple with “Hoisin” dressing.
