Despite having only a handful of what’s offered on the menu, what we had were impressive enough to make us want to return. And I have to say that with all things considered, Yuzen is one of the best restaurants I’ve been to in recent months.
DiB (Deaf in Business) Coffees of Hawaii is a suburban coffeehouse run by hearing-impaired staff. The beans are sourced from Hawaii and your usual fix of lattes and cappuccinos are available on site. Cheesecakes, pastries, bagelwiches and soups round off the food menu.
The mushroom gravy that topped the succulent roasted chicken was close to perfect!!
The gNOMes were initially a little skeptical about a Korean Pizza restaurant. But seeing the interesting Korean twist on traditional favorites is refreshing.
Overall, the coffee here was the best thing that we have tried. We didn’t manage to try the bingsu. The rice burger also could be better. Perhaps they would do better in their barbecue nights which they have monthly upstairs.
This is actually one of our favorite restaurants so far. They serve really great food , and even better coffee that really just hits the spot. Their nigh-perfect utilization of Guatemalan Huehuetenango beans are probably the find of the year for us (dare we make such bold claim!). Seriously a MUST TRY!
