    Jogoya @ Jalan Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur  Japanese buffet at its most extravagant, with the freshest of seafood, tempura, sashimi and even cooked-on-demand fare brought straight to your table. At a reasonable buffet price the atmosphere is casual, relaxed and elegant. Great place indeed; nice dining area with a wide range of seafood spread available; everything from fish to scallop to oysters to clams to Sashimi to crabs and lobsters! Jogoya is a famous japanese buffet chain from Taiwan. Unlike the likes of Saisaki in UOA2, Jogoya is meant to be more high class.

This cafe's name was inspired by the movie, Casablanca... Wikipedia describes Rick Blaine (Humphrey Bogart) as a bitter, cynical American expatriate in Casablanca. He owns and runs "Rick's Café Américain", an upscale nightclub and gambling den that attracts a mixed clientèle of Vichy French and Nazi officials, refugees and thieves. Although Rick professes to be neutral in all matters, it is later revealed that he had run guns to Ethiopia to combat the 1935 Italian invasion, and fought on the Republican side in the Spanish Civil War against Francisco Franco's Nationalists.

    My Elephant @ Section 17, Petaling Jaya, Selangor  The Thai restaurant was dimly lit and along with pretty candles that created an idealistic and dreamy atmosphere, we find it romantic :) Suitable for an evening party catered for conversations! Tables were adorned with daisies and glasses wrapped up beautifully with banana leafs. Elephant icons such as paintings and toys were also found smartening up the place. They only serve set lunch for lunch time and ala carte only for dinner.

    Yuzu Japanese Restaurant @ Mid Valley City, Lingkaran Syed Putra, Kuala Lumpur  A contemporary ambiance that alternates between sophisticated, classy and adoring, the mirrors on the wall did gave an extended look to it. Ventilation was good... as it was seriously cold, *they should work on this*, but the service was excellent. Friendly staffs welcomed us responsively and good recommendations is what you'll get.

New Paris has moved to a proper building and has established itself as one of the fastest food serving restaurants in town. Very fast and efficient service. From order placement to food serve time will take only 10 minutes. All foods are reasonably priced.

They have some imported sauce on the table which includes mustard, chilli sauce, and tomato sauce. There are over 100 items to try here so I guess it will take awhile to try out everything even if you come here once a week.

    Mizi Shabu Shabu, steamboat @ Bandar Puteri Puchong, Puchong, Selangor  The meat and seafood were very fresh and the soup was excellent too. But what we liked most was the special sauce that they provided. It was a sauce with sesame seed, fried onions, spring onions and chili padi. A bit sweet and lots of kick from the chili padi at the same time.
