Restoran Sate Kajang Hj. Samuri, Satay @ Jalan Kelab, Kajang, Selangor  It's said to be the best satay in Kajang. The environment is clean and neat. The taste is not as good as their branch in Damansara Uptown, PJ. The meat is a bit hard because of overcook.

Paddington House of Pancakes, Pancake @ Mutiara Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Selangor  Offers many unique and delicious pancakes. They have some imported sauce on the table which includes mustard, chilli sauce, and tomato sauce. There are over 100 items to try here so I guess it will take awhile to try out everything even if you come here once a week.

Dae Sa Kwan Korean BBQ Restaurant @ Desa Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur  Traditional korean dining, it normally entails sitting on the floor and eating off a small table

El Cerdo @ Changkat Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur  El Cerdo which means “the pig” in Spanish, specialises in porcine delights.

Blue Dragon @ Taman Cheras, Cheras, Kuala Lumpur  The environment is nice especially the first floor, but only open after 6pm. The food is all presentable and placed in a nice way.

New Beggar's Chicken, Beggar's Chicken @ Ijok, Selangor  The restaurant's signature dish is Beggar's Chicken which is cooked with chinese herbs.

Hanabi Japanese Restaurant @ Jalan Perak, Kuala Lumpur  All the food is very delicious especially their unagi and sashimi.

Riche Montana Bakery @ Taman Sedang Perdana, Seri Kembangan, Selangor  Riche Montana Bakery is runned and managed by 100% Japanese. Their cakes, pastries, buns and puffs are very Nippon-ish - delicacy and varieties.

Restoran SS2 Murni, Mamak @ SS2, Petaling Jaya, Selangor  Mamak restaurant with a great varieties of roti, steamy hot delicious nasi lemak.

Bon Bon's Cafe, Durian Cake @ Damansara Jaya, Petaling Jaya, Selangor  Famous for its durian cakes, and only available during durian season with good quality durians. Generous chunks of delicious durian flesh interlaced with feather-light whipped cream in between layers of cottony soft sponge.

De Foodland Seafood Restaurant, Crabs @ Bandar Sri Menjalara, Kepong, Kuala Lumpur  De Foodland is basically a seafood restaurant specialising in crabs.They are mainstreaming on crabs but they do have cool seafood and non-seafood as well. Famous with its 31 styles of crab dishes, both shop lots are filled with patrons licking the sauces off their fingers.

Bumbu Bali @ Bandar Puteri Puchong, Puchong, Selangor  Waterlily, Buddy-Buddy and Bumbu Bali are actually under the same management or shall I say family owner? Bumbu refers to herbs of Bali. It was run by the owner, Eddy and his Bali wife.

K3K Kopitiam @ Damansara Perdana, Petaling Jaya, Selangor  The display was like back to 70’s, Chinese style. Environment was nice, playing oldies in the shop. It is a comfy place to chat for heart to heart.

Restaurant Damansara Hokkien Mee, Hokkien Mee @ Damansara Uptown, Petaling Jaya, Selangor  All the food were delicious. Not overly fried, not too oily. A good place for supper.

Restoran Beaufort @ Jalan Gaya, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah  The shop is packed every nite. Famous for its Beaufort Mee (a healthy delicious food).

Nihon Kai Japanese Restaurant @ Jalan Klang Lama, Kuala Lumpur  Below are some drooling photos of our “makan” trip at Nihon Kai Japanese Restaurant, Old Klang Road. The food here is darn good and reasonably priced! Definitely a place worth trying.

Pizza Uno @ USJ 10 (Taipan), USJ (UEP Subang Jaya), Selangor  A delicious pizza place.

Bakin Boys, Cookies @ Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Kuala Lumpur  Bakin Boys offer a variety of soft cookies that kind of melt in your mouth.

Dillinea Restaurant @ Bukit Gita Bayu, Seri Kembangan, Selangor  The restaurant occupies a former showroom in the design of a Malay house. Boasts a lovely ambience with mature trees providing shade.

Jusco Nasi Lemak Stall, Nasi Lemak @ Mid Valley City, Lingkaran Syed Putra, Kuala Lumpur  More than half of the patrons are queuing for the nasi lemak. Their ikan bilis are very crunchy and yet salty. Their chicken is quite tender.You can only take this if you can really take very spicy food as their sambal is really spicy.

Restoran Yu Ai, Seafood Noodles @ Jalan Segambut Utara, Segambut, Kuala Lumpur  Yu Ai's tawny curry is deep and complex, with layers of warm spices like cinammon and cloves and ground coriander, a hint of sweetness from the coconut milk, and a hit of chili that sneaks up from the back of your tongue after about the fifth spoonful.

Sun Moulin, Pastries @ Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya, Selangor  Its cream puff is a delightful dessert with the perfect combination of choux puff and rish custard filling.

Fun Taipei Teacafe @ Jalan Pudu, Kuala Lumpur  The interior is reminscent of Taiwanese style xiaochi (small eat, 小吃): cute and spare, with a tile floor, white walls, and a tiny 'reading corner' featuring bookshelves laden with Taiwanese magazines and books.

Restaurant Hau Kee Seafood @ Taman Cheras, Cheras, Kuala Lumpur  The restaurant is pretty well known and its always full house because of the good food that lies ahead. You might need to book a head if you want to dine in or pre-order some of their specialty as some are only available if you pre-order.

Restoran Kin Kin, Pan Mee @ Jalan TAR, Kuala Lumpur  This restaurant serves dry & soup style pan meen and usually with a beautifully poached egg.

TGI Friday's @ Jalan Sultan Ismail, Kuala Lumpur  For those that have yet tried this western cuisine, this is a must option if you want to experience the friendliness of the staffs there and an atmosphere of relaxation.

Williams Mamak, Italian Mamak @ Taman Mayang, Petaling Jaya, Selangor  William is pretty expensive for mamak but the food is good and might even pawn beat some 5-star restaurants (food wise and environment wise).

Yuen Buffet Steamboat Restaurant, Buffet Steamboat @ Bandar Sunway, Petaling Jaya, Selangor  Cheap, tantalising, and varieties in buffet steamboat.

D'Fortune Steak House, Steak @ Bandar Menjalara, Kuala Lumpur  D'Fortune Steak House has been very established in Bandar Manjalara and is very popular among the local community around the area such as Bandar Manjalara, Kepong, Sri Damansara and Sg. Buloh.

Goon Wah Restaurant, Claypot Loh Shue Fun @ Jalan Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur  The restaurant is very famous for its Claypot Loh Shue Fun

Hakka Pork Mee Stall @ Jalan Pudu, Kuala Lumpur  Lard, of course, is the key, but it's more than fat that draws the crowds to this spot (we drove by at 8am on a Sunday - packed. We returned to eat three hours later - packed).

Restoran Kin Kin, Chilli Pan Mee @ Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman, Chow Kit, Kuala Lumpur  A mound of thick round noodles topped with ikan bilis, chopped scallion, a wee bit of table sugar, pork sliced and chopped, and tiny cubes of cracklin', all crowned by a snow-white poached egg. After adding heaped spoonfuls of the la jiao that makes its way from table to table in a plastic tub, we dug in. Kin Kin's pan mee delivers on its promise -- ultra chewy noodles and a la jiao light on oil and heavy on slow-roasted chili flavor that elicits a sharp tingle, rather than the sort of tongue-searing burn that might overpower the dish's other tasty ingredients.

TGI Friday's @ Mutiara Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Selangor  TGI is located in The Curve, Mutiara Damansara. Nice place to dine in and a great place to watch a football match or to have a drink with your peers.

Goreng Kuey Teow Tong Shin, Char Kuay Teow @ Jalan Tong Shin, Kuala Lumpur  They can fry it till 80% dry, with "lap cheong" (chinese sausage), egg, clams, big prawn and "G Yau Za".

Fondue House, Cheese Steamboat @ Desa Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur  This is definitely for cheese lover, if you are not, i suggest you share 1 set with few friends. Or you can order chocolate fondue. Dip with strawberry and banana.

Old Town Kopitiam @ Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur  A franchised old town kopitiam, serving coffee, toasted bread with butter kaya, half boiled eggs.

Restoran LYJ, Poon Choi @ Kampung Baru, Sungai Buloh, Selangor  1 day booking in advance for every order. Size is for 12 persons to eat this feast.

Kang Guan Seafood Restaurant, Carey Island @ Teluk Panglima Garand, Kuala Langat, Selangor  

Kedai Makan Goreng Kuey Teow Tong Shin, Goreng Kuey Teow @ Jalan Tong Shin, Kuala Lumpur  This particular husband-and-wife team specialize with their Char Kuey Teow with generous amount of shrimps, sliced Chinese sausages, eggs, bean sprouts, chives and fresh cockles.

Lemon Garden Cafe, Hi Tea Buffet @ Jalan Sultan Ismail, Kuala Lumpur  A nice cafe serving a vast variety of food for buffet lunch.A few sections catering for different cuisines.. like continental, italian, chinese, malay, indian and a big corner just for dessert itself.

Tuck Kee Dim Sum, Dim Sum @ Taman Bukit Maluri, Kepong, Kuala Lumpur  yue mai is quite huge, about the size of ping pong ball. It's very springy and has no fishy taste which explained that they've used very fresh fish paste.

Woo Pin Fish Head Noodles, Fish Head Noodles @ Taman Danau Desa, Kuala Lumpur  The restaurant is famous for its fish head noodle. The original Woo Pin is located and still is in Cheras however the Taman Desa outlet is much more comfortable to dine in.

Ah Koong Eating House @ Jalan Changkat Thambi Dollah, Kuala Lumpur  Ah Koong specializes in things fishy. The fish porridge is a wonderful, soul-satisfying dish, the simplest of elements (rice, water or broth, and a few other ingredients) elevated to heavenly heights. The fish cake is very tasty and springy.

Al Diafah Restaurant @ Jalan Radin Anum, Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur  The restaurant serves middle eastern cuisine. All the meat (especially their lamb) was marinated to perfection.

Farmland Porridge Steamboat, Porridge Steamboat @ Jalan Pudu, Kuala Lumpur  Very nice and affordable porridge steamboat. If there are 5 of you, just order 3 heads for the set meal, and add some other side orders. The portion is very big.

Old Chang Kee, Curry Puff @ Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya, Selangor  Old Chang Kee is a common sight in Singapore. Famous for its home made curry puffs.

Pork Noodle Stall, Pork Noodle @ Taman OUG, Jalan Klang Lama, Kuala Lumpur  The soup itself is very aromatic and full of flavour. Very porkishly delicous indeed. The mince pork which is my absolute must have when I go here is extremely tender, smooth and tasty.

Secret Recipe @ Jalan Alamanda, Presint 1, Putrajaya  With good service, nice environment and of course excellent food, it is awarded as "Malaysia Best Halal Restaurant of The Year 2005".
