Iketeru Japanese Restaurant @ Jalan Stesen Sentral, Kuala Lumpur  The food is nice and the ambience is good, the freshness of Japanese food worth the money. The Jampagne’s concept is rather different from the normal self service buffet spread.

Dae Sa Kwan Korean BBQ Restaurant @ Desa Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur  Traditional korean dining, it normally entails sitting on the floor and eating off a small table

Bon Bon's Cafe, Durian Cake @ Damansara Jaya, Petaling Jaya, Selangor  Famous for its durian cakes, and only available during durian season with good quality durians. Generous chunks of delicious durian flesh interlaced with feather-light whipped cream in between layers of cottony soft sponge.

King Crab Restaurant, Crabs @ Taman Mewah Jaya, Petaling Jaya, Selangor  The restaurant has live seafood tanks with snow crabs, various fishes, mud crabs and geoduck.

Hanabi Japanese Restaurant @ Jalan Perak, Kuala Lumpur  All the food is very delicious especially their unagi and sashimi.

Restoran Hoppy @ Bandar Sunway, Petaling Jaya, Selangor  Hoppy Restaurant is originated from Johor Bahru. It was started by a Chan family in the 1980s. Hoppy has become popular the past two decades due to its traditional recipes for making herbal roasted duck in three styles -- Szechuan-styled or with ginseng and dong guai (both Chinese herbs). They are good in seafood and home cooked dishes. You can always see that this place is jammed pack with buses and buses of tourists if you dine in.

Riche Montana Bakery @ Taman Sedang Perdana, Seri Kembangan, Selangor  Riche Montana Bakery is runned and managed by 100% Japanese. Their cakes, pastries, buns and puffs are very Nippon-ish - delicacy and varieties.

Yuen Buffet Steamboat Restaurant, Buffet Steamboat @ Bandar Sunway, Petaling Jaya, Selangor  Cheap, tantalising, and varieties in buffet steamboat.

Dillinea Restaurant @ Bukit Gita Bayu, Seri Kembangan, Selangor  The restaurant occupies a former showroom in the design of a Malay house. Boasts a lovely ambience with mature trees providing shade.

Nam Hai Restaurant @ Subang, Selangor  The restaurant specialize in their seafood dishes. They provide good service to the customer and there is always someone around to make sure that your glass of tea is full

New Paris Restaurant @ SS2, Petaling Jaya, Selangor  Wide variety of chinese food. Well known for its extremely fast service. New Paris has moved to a proper building and has established itself as one of the fastest food serving restaurants in town. Very fast and efficient service. From order placement to food serve time will take only 10 minutes. All foods are reasonably priced.

Restoran Sate Kajang Hj. Samuri, Satay @ Jalan Kelab, Kajang, Selangor  It's said to be the best satay in Kajang. The environment is clean and neat. The taste is not as good as their branch in Damansara Uptown, PJ. The meat is a bit hard because of overcook.

Shogun, Japanese Buffet @ Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya, Selangor  A Japanese buffet restaurant offerring lots of varieties of food from starters right up to appetizers, at a reasonable price.

Matsuba Japanese Restaurant, Japanese Buffet @ Desa Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur  they no longer run da Buffet section, only ala-carte options available.

SS3 Pasar Malam @ SS3, Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Mexim Dim Sum, Dim Sum @ Seri Kembangan, Selangor  Mexim is not a bad choice dim sum. It has other outlets in Puchong and Cheras.

Oriels, (used to be Bakerzin) @ Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya, Selangor  Best selling cake - the strawberry cake.

Cafe Taste Walking / Fusion Haven @ Jalan Radin Anum, Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur  There is a place hidden from hectic society silently operating in a cozy little shop. However the outlet is always packed with people walking in and out.

Restoran Yap Hup Kee, Hakka Yong Tauhu @ Jalan Pudu, Kuala Lumpur  Yap Hup Kee serves delicious hakka 'yong tauhu' and 'chee cheong fun'. Its located near Jalan Pudu and is pretty well known among the local town folks.

Bar BQ Plaza @ Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya, Selangor  Bar BQ Plaza is a franchise originated from Bangkok and recently they opened their first outlet in Malaysia, specialising in steamboat and grilling.

De Foodland Seafood Restaurant, Crabs @ Bandar Sri Menjalara, Kepong, Kuala Lumpur  De Foodland is basically a seafood restaurant specialising in crabs.They are mainstreaming on crabs but they do have cool seafood and non-seafood as well. Famous with its 31 styles of crab dishes, both shop lots are filled with patrons licking the sauces off their fingers.

Farmland Porridge Steamboat, Porridge Steamboat @ Jalan Pudu, Kuala Lumpur  Very nice and affordable porridge steamboat. If there are 5 of you, just order 3 heads for the set meal, and add some other side orders. The portion is very big.

K3K Kopitiam @ Damansara Perdana, Petaling Jaya, Selangor  The display was like back to 70’s, Chinese style. Environment was nice, playing oldies in the shop. It is a comfy place to chat for heart to heart.

The Waterlily Cafe @ Puchong Jaya, Puchong, Selangor  They serve barbeque stuff, nasi lemak and mee. They are really great in barbeque stuff. It's never too dry or raw.

Kedai Makanan Yut Kee, Roti Babi @ Jalan Dang Wangi, Kuala Lumpur  One of the oldest coffee shop in KL. This is a good place for breakfast and lunch or brunch. The food served are tasty and service is fast.

Blue Dragon @ Taman Cheras, Cheras, Kuala Lumpur  The environment is nice especially the first floor, but only open after 6pm. The food is all presentable and placed in a nice way.

Kuchai Lama Food Court, Mee Jawa @ Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur  It is a super large food court with almost everything you can ever find in a hawker centre or food court.

Opus @ Jalan Bangkong, Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur  Fine dining. The choice of food is limited to French.

Paddington House of Pancakes, Pancake @ Mutiara Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Selangor  Offers many unique and delicious pancakes. They have some imported sauce on the table which includes mustard, chilli sauce, and tomato sauce. There are over 100 items to try here so I guess it will take awhile to try out everything even if you come here once a week.

Prego Restaurant @ Jalan Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur  Good food and amazing drinks. A vast varieties of pizzas, pastas and risottos. And they are generous with the free-flowing spirits, frequently topping up drinks. A multi-level Ristorante Italiano with stone Terazza,with two-level dining outlet overlooks their 'open kitchen' that houses a wood fired pizza oven, pasta counter and rotisserei.

Jalan Pudu Fried Fish (Tilapia) Stall @ Jalan Pudu, Kuala Lumpur  A small stall at Jalan Pudu area offer delicious & tasty dishes.

Restaurant Chef Loong (龙师傅), Dim Sum @ SS2, Petaling Jaya, Selangor  A Chinese restaurant which serves Shanghai Dimsum. We called it "Loong Si Fu".

Restaurant Damansara Hokkien Mee, Hokkien Mee @ Damansara Uptown, Petaling Jaya, Selangor  All the food were delicious. Not overly fried, not too oily. A good place for supper.

Wan Tan Mee Sg Besi, Wan Tan Mee @ Jalan Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur  Springy, beautiful texture and slightly crunchy wan tan noodles.

Eest Restaurant @ Jalan Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur  EEST is a Pan Asian restaurant featuring five distinct Asian cuisines - Japanese, Vietnamese, Chinese, Thai and Malay with a modern and innovative twist.

Jalan Selera Stall @ Jalan Selera, Taman Gembira, Kuala Lumpur  There is an open air 'tai chow' along Jalan Selera, Happy Garden which is always crowded during the evenings especially on weekends.

Jalan Sepadu Loh Mee, Loh Mee @ Jalan Klang Lama, Kuala Lumpur  Its loh mee tastes similar to sharks fin when it goes with the vinegar.

Kamimura Japanese Restaurant @ Jalan Raja Chulan, Kuala Lumpur  Located at 3rd floor in Menara Weld. Owned by an ex-japanese chef from Shangrila Hotel KL. Recommended for their set lunch. Reasonable price from Rm18+.

Restoran Beaufort @ Jalan Gaya, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah  The shop is packed every nite. Famous for its Beaufort Mee (a healthy delicious food).

Restoran Cheang Kee @ Jalan Atas, Nibong Tebal, Penang  A famous restaurant in Nibong Tebal. Cheang Kee’s shop is among the very old shop in Nibong Tebal and it is quite a scene of historical sites.

Restoran Kin Kin, Chilli Pan Mee @ Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman, Chow Kit, Kuala Lumpur  A mound of thick round noodles topped with ikan bilis, chopped scallion, a wee bit of table sugar, pork sliced and chopped, and tiny cubes of cracklin', all crowned by a snow-white poached egg. After adding heaped spoonfuls of the la jiao that makes its way from table to table in a plastic tub, we dug in. Kin Kin's pan mee delivers on its promise -- ultra chewy noodles and a la jiao light on oil and heavy on slow-roasted chili flavor that elicits a sharp tingle, rather than the sort of tongue-searing burn that might overpower the dish's other tasty ingredients.

Restoran Seng Lee, Char Kuay Teow @ Jalan Batai, Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur  The coffee shop was packed out and at least one customer at every table (and quite often the entire table) was waiting for a plate of Wang's workmanship. The backlog was about 40 minutes. It is behind Hock Lee Supermarket.
