    Low Yau Kee Porridge, Hong Kong Style Porridge @ Jalan Tun H.S. Lee, Kuala Lumpur  Very fine porridge texture and has a sweetened taste. Fish porridge - the fish used are very fine sliced of raw fish which will be cook once you dip it or pour it in the “boiling” porridge. Pork intestine porridge - ask for additional minced pork balls or deep fry intestine! Chicken porridge - steamed chicken with oyster sauce (ask for more gravy so that u can mix it in the porridge) If possible, get a seat near to the stall as this can get you served earlier.

The fish porridge is a wonderful, soul-satisfying dish, the simplest of elements (rice, water or broth, and a few other ingredients) elevated to heavenly heights. The fish cake is very tasty and springy.

    Bumbu Bali @ Bandar Puteri Puchong, Puchong, Selangor  Waterlily, Buddy-Buddy and Bumbu Bali are actually under the same management or shall I say family owner? Bumbu refers to herbs of Bali. It was run by the owner, Eddy and his Bali wife.

    Foh San Dim Sum @ Jalan Dato Tahwil Azar, Ipoh, Perak  The ever famous Foh San dim sum is a famous haunt by tourists for some scrumptious and variety of dim sum. A little advise here, either go there as early as 7 am or as late as 11 am. Its hard to get a table during peak hour, and after you get seated bring your bill to the cart and take your own dim sum as the waitress are too busy to entertain you.

    Hakka Pork Mee Stall @ Jalan Pudu, Kuala Lumpur  Lard, of course, is the key, but it's more than fat that draws the crowds to this spot (we drove by at 8am on a Sunday - packed. We returned to eat three hours later - packed).

    Paddington House of Pancakes, Pancake @ The Curve Shopping Centre, Mutiara Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Selangor  Offers many unique and delicious pancakes. They have some imported sauce on the table which includes mustard, chilli sauce, and tomato sauce. There are over 100 items to try here so I guess it will take awhile to try out everything even if you come here once a week.
