Unagi, an essential component of Japanese summers, is served from sea to plate at Iketeru.
This stamina-boosting treat is delivered twice weekly from the Miyazaki prefecture in Kyushu Island, Japan, renowned for their premium Unagi.
Unagi meat tends to be more tender, juicy and with more marbling (fat) during the summer season and is a signature dish in Japanese cuisine.
Iketeru’s acclaimed Japanese Chef Ricky Kamiishi has crafted the menu based on authentic eel cooking method preference in Japan - be it Unaijyu-style, grilled and basted with a sweet sauce or Nagoya-style known as hitsumabushiwhere the skin is crispy and appealingly aromatic.
