Si Chuan Dou Hua talented chefs are crafting elegant ‘Beijing Roasted Duck’ dishes.

Delicately slow-roasted and succulent, the duck skin, bones and meat will be prepared into a variety of dishes of your choice for a three-course meal.

Included in this package

Roasted until golden brown with angelica root and star anise as the main spices to enhance its aroma, the crispy duck skin is skilfully carved with skill in front of diners to prepare the customary ‘Duck Skin wrapped in Pancake’.

It is then wrapped in a pancake with cucumber, spring onions and sweet sauce.

The duck bones are used to prepare the ‘Duck Bone with Salted Vegetables and Bean Curd Soup’. With a sour and salty taste, this local dish also works as a teaser whilst awaiting the main course to be served.

There are seven different preparations of the duck meat to choose from:
