The bubur cha cha turned out to be the saving grace for the desserts. It was one of the best bubur cha cha I have ever tasted! Delicious and not too sweet, with lots of yam and potato cubes and sago in it, I was really satisfied with it.

I would say it was a very satisfying lunch when you consider that we paid half price for everything, with our Starwood Privilege card.

B4 is something fresh to us. We love this concept of al fresco live cooking: just order at the station of your choice and the friendly staffs will be ready to serve you. (some items were already cooked such as paella, the Cuban rice and salads)

The nian gao was skillfully folded into a 'gold coin' shape and then steam under high heat until it becomes soft. Then topped with shredded coconut and garnished with assorted colorful-cubed fruits.
