the food here has improved. A lot. The Cod was delicious… cooked just short of well done, with a sweet thin layer of fat below a thoroughly crispy skin.

Good food!!! Worth every penny although the food is quite expensive. Once in a while will definitely pay visit to Dome.

Overall, excluding the japanese chef who occassionally serves customers, the service provided by the attendants were not satisfactory and it did not achieve the normal standards of service and courtersy in japanese restaurants.
